Grooveshark is pretty cool!
I was a hardcore Spotify fan, but I've started using that now and I'm impressed!
A combination of the both would be good.

I.E. a downloadable client (spotify), a better UI (grooveshark), but with imaged adverts (grooveshark).
Sorted!

I wonder which has the most comprehensive database?

Isn't Grooveshark dodgy though? Something to do with copyright issues and user uploaded music.

Are you a premium user? I think you get 2 every month if you are. Could be wrong though.

No not a premium user, although I have had spotify from almost day 1, don't know if this makes a difference though?

Why do you need invites anyway? :confused:

Yeah. There used to be 1 advert every say.... 20 tracks but now it's 1-2 adverts every 3-5 tracks :/

When it launched it was invite only. Eventually they dropped the invite and allowed anyone to sign-up. However, recently they have re-instated the invite because they were not getting enough people upgrading to premium. If I recall, they are actually making a loss on the free users.

I hope enough people sign up for the premium account, as I couldnt live without it on my phone now. It is well worth the tenner a month.
