spraying inside

hi all, so ive got my new case thro and was thinking to spray the inside as i dont like the grey metal!
is this ok to do and what would be the best way to go around it,
i was thinking matt black and just mask it all off outside and spray away !!!!
at some point i wanna go water cooling too.
but what i was also thinking is i can still see the cases to my dvd drives so if i was to take them apart it would be ok to spray them too ( outside only )

thats cool quick guide ( i like the mouse part not that i would try)but doesnt say about the inside, after all the inside will produce a lot of heat, ive been told to use some sort of thermal paint resistant to heat.
but i cant see the heat being much of a problem when my system is about 25/30c constant.
any suggestions on paint ?????
