Doubt Spurs will get good money for him and Celtic certainly can't afford to buy him, they won't make any cash loaning him out for a couple years then letting him leave on a free. There was talk about a lower end Premier League club going for him but not sure they can afford him, or his wages and Keane might not want to leave for much lower wages.
Spurs need to not do a Leed's, buy lots of expensive playes to help them in the CL, a couple "stars" on huge wages, flop out the CL in the group stages, but have lots of extra games to play, suffer in those away games right after a midweek game in Russia or somewhere like that and slip down the league at the same time.
City will spend more again this summer, improve a lot, remove the truly crap players like SWP, Ade and have a more established squad to start the season with and more consistancy. THe majority of last years CIty team were new, not settled, they'll be much better this year and Spurs will have a harder season with more games in, they've got almost no chance of staying in the CL so would be quite made to strengthen much due to being in the CL, as it will just bite them in the ass when they lose the CL money.
The problem is, this is Redknapp, he'll be whinging to the owners every day about some deal he found on some player no one heard of, and 10 others like him, and be trying to convince them he can stay in the CL long term if only they spend enough.
