spyware is blocking all my antivirus programs. please help

anything i can do to get rid of it other than a new windows isntall?

Use Malware bytes, very good programme.

Download to a usb key on another computer, change the exe name to squiggel.exe and then run it from the usb key, should install in safe mode and allow a proper cleaning

If it still doesn't work in safe mode, go to task manager, and screenshot the processes and post it on here.
We should be able to figure out what process the spyware is, then kill it and get some AV on there
