Squash as a substitute for fruit?

Always boring eating fruit and a bit pricey also.

So will squash substitute, drinking tesco blackcurrent @ 26% concentrate according to label, or will all the real goodness have disappeared?

Yes squash will barely contain any of the nutrients that fruit will. It's the same as the juicing craze, you'll get more than squash, but not as much as if you just ate the fruit.

What fruit do you eat that's boring? Aldi have great biweekly offers on for fruit. I picked up a load of kiwi's the other day, 6 for 45p.

pretty sure they have barely any nutrients.

take vitamin/mineral supplements if your diet isn't too great
