Runned a bench after formating,comparison between ssd and hdd (Samsung F3 500GB)

I activated RAPID Mode and gave me this results:

I know it uses RAM speed and 1 core of my cpu but isnt it supposed to boost but not with this big diference?

You have rapid mode enabled in Samsung magician,turn it off to see drives true speeds

looks fine for sata2

you can re enable rapid mode now,it might help more with sata2 speeds

But uses like 1GB of ram and 25% of my cpu (1 core) daily use wont make difference.
