SSD advice: should I wait?

I want to buy an SSD drive for my new build.

I'm thinking about the OCZ Vertex 120gb.

However, there is the Vertex 2 on the way Q1 2010.

Should I buy the Vertex or wait for the Vertex 2? SSD drives are improving all the time.

You need SATA 3.0 to take full advantage of the Vertex 2 and I'm guessing it will be insanely expensive on release.

in the same boat, wanted to buy a limited edition vertex but have decided will wait for the vertex 2.

What with SATA 3/PCI SSDs etc i'm thinking of just getting a "cheap" small SSD to tide me over for as long as i can cope with it
