SSD advice

Hi all Ive decided to take the plunge and buy a SSD for my desktop the 2 im looking at are both OCZ one is the Vertex 2 bigfoot 90 or 120GB the other is the Agility 2. Price wise the agility is £125 for the 90gb compared to £147 for the same size vertex, so what im looking for is some advice to which is the best out of the 2

The Vertex 2 will be the faster drive generally.

Both will have decent read speeds, but the Agility will be slower.
The write speed of the Vertex however will be a lot better then the Agility, so it depends on what you want the drive for tbh.

I personally bought a Vertex recently as the price difference was small enough for me to consider the extra speed worthwhile.

Plus the Vertex will have a much higher 4k speed i believe, which is important.

I went for the 120GB Bigfoot, great drive never had another ssd to compare it with. The only problem with these drives is 'once you have one you want more'!

Get the Vertex 2 as it has a higher IOPS, 4k 50k.

I went for the C300 64gb with a asus u3s6 card which give me sata 3 and two usb 3 ports. I did this because I did not want to upgrade my motherboard as I would have to then buy DDR3 ram and a core i7 vs my 8gb DDR2 and Core2 quad 9550. My system is very fast without DDR3 and Core i7. Just upgrade you HDD with a SSD and it like going from dialup to broadband, I can never go back to the slow days.
