ssd and hdd defrag question

Hi,

I am looking to add a ssd to my new system, along with a 1tb hdd and I wondered how you go about defragging the hdd in windows 7 ?

I know windows 7 will detect the ssd and disable the defrag for ssd, but will it still defrag the 1tb hdd ?

It will still defrag the 1tb Drive yeh.

If your on windows 7 click, Start Icon> Type Defrag> Click Icon.

Then just select the drive you want to Defrag, it will ask you to analyse the disk 1st to
make sure it needs Defraging. After that it will defrag.
