SSD and torrent.

Is it ok the use torrents on a SSD or should I only use it on my old 2tb sata drive?

I'm going to make SSD my prime drive for windows and games and programs, just wanted to know if it's ok to use torrent or should I target the download to another drive?

I would use the HDD for general storage so although having the BitTorrent client installed on the SSD, the downloads folder for it sits on the HDD.

Yeah my downloads folder is also on a separate drive.

As above, it doesn't make sense to impose a load of random reads/writes on a SSD for this purpose.

Yeah I will chime in and say I have uTorrent on my SSD and then the downloads folder set to a mech Storage drive also.
