ssd and z87 chipset

Hi
I have just upgraded to an 4770k and ga-z87x-ud3h m/b
i have installed windows 8 on a vertex 2 ssd but keep having boot problems.
from reading around it seems the z87 chipset does not like sandforce ssd.

so can anyone recommend an ssd compatible with this chipset?

the answer is 840 Evo, budget determines the size.

No budget really just a small size for windows,
i will check out the 840

250GB is the best value.

try the asmedia sata ports if you have them
