SSD Bench

Hello All,

I have a fairly old SSD. A while back I noticed on the WEI that my drive had dropped to 5.9, when it used to be 7.9. I had a check with the bios, everything seemed normal, 6gbps port and AHCI enabled. For some reason I disconnected all other drives and ran the test again, 7.4 this time. Also please don't tell me WEI means nothing, I know that, It just alerted me that there might be an issue.

So I benched the drive using AS SSD. My model is shown.

Do they seem what would be expected?

Updated the RST driver, 10% increase from AS SSD. Found some bench figures online, seem to similar to what I am getting.

Mushkin quote the max as being:

Read Speed: up to 560MB/sec
Write Speed: up to 525MB/sec

Not getting that of course but I don't know enough about what can influence the score and I can't find much more info.

Tried updating the firmware for the drive but I couldn't find anything on Mushkin.
