SSD Cache - Can I reclaim unused space?

Hey guys,
So I currently cached my 120GB OCZ Vertex 3 SSD. Only a maximum of 64GB of space is used in an SSD cache so I was wondering:

Am I able to reclaim the unused 56GB of space and partition it as a separate volume? I have tried it myself and tried researching it but I cannot find any information (so I came to you lovely people ).

Hey guys, thanks for the replies, I know it was some time ago since I posted this but I have checked disk management and I still haven't managed to partition the extra 56 GB. I will try and post a screenshot of the disk management window.
