SSD clone to SATA2

Hello folks my first post here,i have Windows 7 installed on a SSD SATA3 if i cloned the SSD with Acronis 2014 to a normal SATA2 drive would it run ok be it not as fast or would the trim alignment thing affect it?

It will be fine, as long as Acronis does the alignment thing.

You may wish to take a look at Macrium Reflect, free and simple to work with.

Easeus Todo Backup Free is very good.

Has an "Optimise for SSD" option, which I believe looks after partition alignment.
