SSD Dilemma (sort of)

Hi,

I have an older 64GB Kingston ssd which is my bootdrive.

My 128GB M4 is my gaming drive.

I benched my Kingston as I was sure it was not performing as it should (originally was fine) and indeed it is slow now and found last night that it is mis-aligned according to AS SSD.

Have ordered a Sandisk Extreme 120GB as a replacement for the Kingston to use as bootdrive.

I have a copy of Paragon Migrate so thought it would be as simple as connecting the Sandisk and copying across my Kingston files/os etc.

So....................

Does this now mean that I can't use Paragon Migrate to copy my old drive to the new drive due to the mis-alignment?
I did not really want to do a fresh install of os and drivers but how would I re-align if that is possible easily?

Cheers
