What is the best way to test the speed of my SSD please?

I tend to use ATTO, but AS SSD Benchmark is the only one I know of designed specifically for SSD's and tests them in a slightly different way. A few other people on here also use Crystal Disk Mark.
Ive got all 3 on my PC and all give slightly different results. When I want to feel like Ive made a good investment I run ATTO, gives much higher speeds than the others. The others are better for testing access times and such though, which is often more important in the real world than sequential reads
