SSD Drive

I was thinking of purchasing an SSD drive for my programs to speed things up a bit i originally thought to get a OCZ Solid Series 60GB 2.5" SATA-II Solid State Hard Drive but I have just seen a Corsair 128GB 2.5" SATA-II Solid State Hard Drive (CMFSSD-128GBG1D) and stuck for which one is more reliable.I don't want to fork out loads on just a SSD drive just enough space for programs to be stored on.

Can anyone help me?

Solid series use the JMicron controller, it sucks for random write performance. The corsair uses a samsung controller, its not a rocket ship, but its a steady performer.
