My current main SSD im using - Corsair Force MP510 - is currently showing as 73% health. Ive been using it a lot over the past 4-5 years since I bought it, is it time I should get this changed or is it okay to carry on using for the time being?

I wouldn't worry, 73% health means there's still plenty of life left in it yet.

Thats what I figured but the health has deteriorated a bit faster more recently. Is there any point in when it definitely needs to get changed? If its at 50% in a years time does that mean I can still get another 5-6 years out of it at that point?

Pretty much. SSDs have a pretty high endurance these days. When it gets down below 30% it'll be time to start considering replacing it. As with any drive, make sure yo have backups of anything important in case of a random failure.

ah thats goods to know, thanks.

Im thinking to just create an image of my drive and just save it somewhere
