SSD Help

I got a SSD Today
i took out my old harddrive and put the wires in from that to my ssd
and yes there sata cables

so then i turn on pc and i have the windows 7 disc in my pc
it loads up to were i have to click the keyboard settings for the setup
but on the menu my mouse and keyboard both dont work

why is this?

Have you enabled USB mouse and keyboard support in your bios?

Is it a wired keyboard and mouse, or wireless?

Check your bios first then, see if USB mouse and keyboard is enabled.

Alright cheers mate im gonna turn pc of but it back in and try again, ill be back in like 10-15 mins

any other issues try having the ssd drive only connected then reconnect other hard drives when windows is installed
