SSD help

Should I get a 120gb or 250gb for windows 7 any advantage speed wise? going for the bigger drive.

Also im after a 500gb ssd for my games,should I get the same make of ssd`s and last question is what make should I look at.

Ive been running my system with the 120gb sandisk extreme and found it great just need a bigger drive as I don't want to get a normal drive.
Money wize don't want to go to mad but if you can point me to some good makes ill take a look at them
