SSD in Raid or No Raid?

Hi guys,
Ive been wanting to get an SSD for quite a while now, so today came on to overclockers to grab a SSD but then I realised that OcUK are doing SSD raid bundles. So my question, do I get ONE bigger SSD or TWO small SSD for raid?

Any Advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'd get one larger SSD, the main improvement is from the access times. Reading and writing at 500mb/s or 1gb/s is not that much different.

Unless you have another RAID array to send data to your drives at that speed
