SSD in RAID0 Performance Question

Hi, Just set a couple of SSD's I have in RAID0 and thought I'd run a benchmark to test them, just want to know does this look about right to anyone ?

Before running the test, Windows was fully updated, all drivers installed and updated, the drives were cleaned up and defragged, I have all the software installed that I use too except games, its not just windows on there.

I think the bit of slow down at the beginning of the test is pretty much where the data is written to the drive at the moment, however it could possibly even be the hidden partitions which windows 7 creates during set-up, once it gets past this initial stage you can see it pretty much levels out across the rest of the drive, is this slow down at the beginning normal ?

Ive set the stripe size to 16k, also tried 64k but the performance was diabolical, write cache is also enabled in IRST, its all running on a Gigabyte Sniper 5 with 16gb of CL10 Team RAM and a 4770k at 4.6ghz.

Looks fine to me, I'd expect around that for sequential. It will obviously be slower for random but again, that's fine.
