SSD in raid0

I have laptop:
MSI GX660R 15.6" WLED TFT Intel I5-460M, 6GB DDR3, 1TB HDD, ATI HD 5870 1GB GDDR5 Graphics, with x2 500GB hdd in Raid0
I would like to buy :
Crucial RealSSD M4 128GB 2.5" SATA 6Gb/s Solid State Hard Drive [CT128M4SSD2]
and replace one of the hard drives for better and faster performance. Can i replace it and will i still have Raid0? Or i will just have seperate ssd and hdd with no option to set them in raid0 again?

RAID 0 is not a redundant RAID level, and data is striped across both drives.

Ok i found out about Raid0 and im clear with all data will be gone! Question is - can i set new ssd with 1 hdd back in raid0 or better is use them seperate?

Thanks for posting!
I decided to make it simple 128gb ssd + 500gb hdd + external drives for storage.
I cant find out what sata type is built in my Mobile Intel® PM55 Express Chipset!
"Serial ATA (SATA)* 3 Gb/s" Is that sata2 or sata3 so it will go up to 300mb/s or up to 500 mb/s of sequencial reads?
Its all new for me and im little bit confused

Thanks for answer it's helpfull. iI allready found that info that current chipset is with 3gb/s i just didn't know that sata II got's max 3gb/s. That means i will got only up to 300 mb/s read speed...?!?

Ordered my 128gb m4 crucial yesterday.
Have bootable USB with firmware update already prepared
