SSD incomplete userbenchmark results

Hi all, https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/57826447 - here is my userbenchmark results. Does anyone know why it says incomplete for SSD, is it because I don't have enough storage space? It is a brand new laptop and I have installed all my games . Thanks.

Look at the results for the SSD and you'll see there's still 750GB available so you've got plenty of space. I'd be inclined to blame the benchmark software. Try Passmark instead.

When you look at that result, what do you see? Can you see anything that's not as good as it could be.

wouldnt overly worry about it
just tried it on my new build
graphics test incomplete
4 of my 9 hard drives also incomplete
i prefer actual benchmark software installed on my pc
compared to this
as ssd or crystal diskmark for hard drives/ssd
unigine benchmarks for gpu
asus realbench etc
end of the day real life usage is what matters
does it do what you want?
and doesnt feel slow doing it?
didnt complete a load of the tests
but still put me in the 97th percentile lol

if you do still want to run a benchmark suite
passmark gives a functional 30 day trial
just tried that and it actually completed alll the tests
though think it only tested C drive in the drives section
not that its a big deal since most users arent using 9 hard drives lol

seems good
other than ram is 51st percentile
so basically the average out of 100 users
but as its a laptop thats not surprising to be honest

Thank you. May I ask another question? I'm sorry if I sound stupid, I'm new to gaming so trying to understand everything. The laptop is 2560p and my external monitor is 1080p. I normally game on my external monitor and sometimes play games on the laptop screen. Most games switch to the 2560p, recognising the change. Flight Simulator stays on 2560p on my 1080p screen but displays perfectly fine. My question is it okay to switch between the two and do I need to change settings each time for that game? Sims for example automatically changes. Cheers.

if you dont know something but wont ask
then thats stupid
2560 x 1440 is referred to as 1440p
probably a reason why its not referred to as 2560p
but never thought about it before
its fine to switch between the 2
and yes some games will automatically scale
and some wont would be my guess at least as rarely use a laptop
so its not really my area of expertise

Spot on. That's fairly typical for Lenovo laptops and would probably be expensive to fix so it's best to live with it which shouldn't be a problem considering how good the rest of the system is.

As Mcnumpty has pointed out, you were looking at the wrong axis for your description of the screen resolution as it's always the vertical ('y') axis that's used. I suppose your screen should really be 1600p but I've never seen that used.

Thank you. Yes, it's 1600p screen which is odd as most screens seem to be 1440p? My screen is a little bit taller. Anyway, thanks very much for the help.

If that's a Legion with the 16" screen then I have the same screen and it's excellent. Many years ago screens used to be 4:3 aspect ratio then they changed to 16:10 then to 16:9 which is standard for TVs these days. Many of us preferred 16:10 over 16:9 as it gave that bit extra vertical resolution and now we're happy again as 16:10 screens are becoming more common.
