SSD installation help

Hi all,

I recently bought an OCZ Agility 60gb SSD. Ive read a walkthrough on how to install it and do a clean windows 7 install on it.

Please excuse my lack of knowledge, but it states that the very first thing I need to do is install the relevant firmware for the drive, but where do I install it?, I'm guessing I dont install it to my current windows HDD, as that will then be formatted. I'm very confused by this, any help would be appreciated.

Any really very detailed step-by-step guides anyone knows of?

You will need to install the firmware through a pc/laptop that is already currently running, there should be a guide at OCZ, if you google it you should see it

It may well have the latest firmware installed v1.6, so check first with something like crystaldiskinfo
