Hi Guys I have a sony vaio VPCEC4SOE laptop and I want to put a second drive into it (an SSD). I opened up the HDD bay and there is an empty space next to the hard drive which is obviously designed for a second HDD. However the sata and power cable that goes to the HDD already in there, are not ordinary cables, they go into what is I think a PATA connector (see picture at topleft for connect and mid left for hdd connection).
What i need to know is how do I attach another hdd when there is only one of these wierd connectors in the HDD bays ???
