Hello!
I'm planning on building a new rig this year, got a few questions that I've not come across before, I intend to use the Corsair 350D for my case and for storage an Intel 520 series 120GB for OS and a Seagate 1TB SSHD 2.5" drive for everything else.
Thing is, I'd love to be able to hide both these little beauties away entirely and do away with the 3.5" & 2.5" drive bays at the front of the computer, this will give it a cleaner look and ultimately allow for better airflow through the case!
My question is, the SSHD having an rpm of 5400 will it be barable noisewise on the back of the motherboard tray? I know that's a pretty open question but I was wondering whether anyone had any previous experience with mounting SSHD's to the back of the Mobo?
Regards,
Trip.
