Hey peeps.

My plan is to get a small SSD, probably the crucial 64/128 drive and use that for my games + windows. I will then use my current WD 160 16MB for everything else. I thought i would try and learn about it a while before i buy so when it comes down to it i know what im doing.

My first question is how would i go about setting this up. Is it just RAID 0 or do you have to have them as seperate.

My second question is how would i install something onto the seperate drives, will they both have different names in the My Computer screen (like you get with C etc).

Any articles you know of will be great as i don't want to hassle everyone with all my questions.

Q1 - set them up seperately. You can't raid them.

Q2 - C would be your SSD drive. YOu other drive would be another letter.

If it was me I would just connect SSD and install windows. Then your DVD drive will be D. Then add the spinny hard drive and have that as E.

Install Office / Common apps / maybe the main game you play to your SSD, and all your other stuff to the spinny drive.
