SSD on the way out?

I'm pretty sure it is but I've never had to read SMART data before. It's a Samsung 930 which is used as a cache drive in my unRAID server.

CRC error could be down to a faulty sata cable or sata port.

I would replace the sata cable and try another sata port.

Thanks for the advice both. Whilst the CRC error is highlighted, I’m also a tad concerned that everything else is way over the thresholds with a couple of “pre-fail” warnings as well.
