hey guys ive just got win7 installed on my new system. I remember somebody talking about a setting in the bios that needs to be changed to make the C300 SSD perform better. Do you know or can link me to something that can show me what to do?

hope you know wot i mean :)

Add: ah yea its called TRIM or sumthing, anyone know how to do it?

I would doubt u could activate trim from the bios as it would be too much hassel in compatability for motherboard makers to put any drives settings in there. If it is trim you need to activate then either your drive will do it already in which case windows 7 will auto detect it and do it anyway. Or you have brought an older SSD you may need to update the firmware to support trim in which case you need to find a update on the makers website and flash it onto the harddrive. Which normally requires either borrowing another PC, booting from a livecd, floppy disk / usb flashing.
