I am looking at SSD options for my MBP, i understand i need an adaptor of some sort?

MY MBP was bought Feb this year, which SSD, 120GB or more, an any price would be best?

Only need an adapter if you are going to remove the Superdrive and install a 2nd HDD in there. You could if you wanted to just take out the original HDD in there and replace with a single SSD.

In regards to the prices and choice, its not something I have kept up with and prices seem to have crashed recently. The Crucial M4's are always well regarded as far as I know

Basically put, Crucial m4, Samsung 830, or Vertex 4. The first two are popular in Mac circles, the last is supposed to be the fastest drive on the market (and without the issues that plagued SF-2241 drives when they first came out). They're all the same price now, basically. I don't know of any issues with the Vertex 4, so it's the one I'd personally go for. If you want to take up the cashback offer, grab an 830. You're not losing out in real-world performance.
