SSD +OS and HDD with multiple Users

Has anyone seen a guide as to how to safely/properly move the users out of the W7OS on the SSD to the HDD.

On a family PC I have 4 users, so their data wont fit on the SSD so I keep the OS on the SSD and user data, folders etc on the HDD
