ok, despite what everyones says you need to do the following
First up, check to see if your current SSD is on the latest firmware. If not, do the upgrade. Next secure erase the drive (use parted magic boot cd)
Remove and replace with the new one. Install windows, and again check the firmware version. Make sure it's on the latest version. Secure erase the drive.
YOU CANNOT CHECK OR UPDATE FIRMWARE IN RAID MODE, ONLY AHCI!!
Firmware is currently 1.3.3 (download from corsairs forums, do a google and its the top link)
Now install them both in the machine and change the BIOS from AHCI to RAID. Reboot and keep pressing CTRL+I at the BIOS screen. This will get you into the RAID Menu. Make sure the RAID Level is set to 0, just keep pressing enter. You can enter a volume name if you like but usually the default is ok (Volume1 IIRC). Once you have gone through the 3/4 steps and built the array you reboot.
Might be worth checking the BIOS boot order, and the boot order on the HDDs. Make sure Volume1 is set first.
Now boot off your Windows CD and install Windows as usual. If it doesn't boot check BIOS boot order
1. CDROM
2. Hard Disk
Hard Disk menu need to have Volume1 at the top (should be set anyway)
Once you have got back to the deskop, install the latest intel chipset drivers and intel RST (think thats what it's called).
Service Packs, Windows updates etc etc
Job done
