ssd raid 0 strip size

more or less i just had a power cut and it killed my raid 0 so im setting it back up now, originally i had the stripe size on 128kb but im here with the option to fiddle, what strip size should i go for?

ssds are ocz agility 3, and im using the Intel onboard raid

I'm using the same 2 drives, I'm currently running 128 too, but also tired 64 and 16k, didn't see much difference between them in benchmarks, although the best burst speed I got was with 16k and at the weekend I intend in changing them back to that.

I think.... The best option is dependent on what you tend to do most.

If you tend to work with small files then smaller stripe size is better, but if you're working on things like video files etc, larger stripe size is better.

Can't remember where i read that so could be rubbish.....
