ssd & raid

hi guys
Got got a 64gb ssd SATA III & its great drive

Have got two SATA III slots on M/B is it possible ,to have two ssd drives diff sizes ,one with OS & second for games & appz ,plus my 1TB SATA II HD for storage in SATA II slot ?

AHCI ? simliar to raid or have I got it wrong ?

So if i select AHCI for the 2 ssd drives will i have any problems installing the sata II HD's
