A new article posted at Tom's Hardware today.

The final scoring is quite debatable, using a %age weighting based on specific benchmarks - which incidentally puts the Intel drives way down the list for general desktop use but top for enterprise/workstation use - and some of the tests and results themselves are questionable, for example why does the Crucial do so well against the OCZ Vertex when other reviews either have them closer or the Vertex just ahead? - but the summaries on each drive are worth spending a few minutes reading.

Their weighting sytem places way too much emphasis on sequential writes, which you will hardly ever care about.

"Intel’s new 34nm X25-M isn’t very different from preceding drives."

In anadtechs review of SSD they say the G1 is a lot worse over use and goes well into depth why the G2 is much better plus it gets the TRIM command and G1 don't. That toms hard review seems poorly done
