Is it completely dead?

Are you able to update the firmware?

There was a problem which caused the M4 to stop working after ~5,200 hours of use: M4 SSD 5200 hour timebomb

If that isn't your problem then you can RMA without the original packaging as long as you package it sufficiently to send it back.

After two and a bit years OCuK may ask you to send it back to Crucial.

Get in touch and see what they say.

nope no do , 1-0-0-90-crucial-070h-07-00-ssd-firmware-update-signed-w7 could no find any ssd on this system.
so im asumeing its dead.
unless theres any outher check ?

It's not the firmware and it doesn't work in a different PC.

I assume it's not detected by the BIOS in either PC?

Have you tried different SATA ports on the motherboard?

Unfortunately it sounds like it's going to be RMA time.
