SSD Spec Please Peeps

Not up with SSD's at all at the moment. Need a 60gb simply for the OS please can some one spec me one. Last time i checked (year ago) the OCZ Votex 3's where rated well. Is this still the case ?

If I were you I'd pick a 128gb,amd choose the Samsung 830,

how much real life performance difference will i notice between this and the vortex 3 60gb? as it is only for the OS nothing else. I just want a faster boot up im happy with all my in app performance etc

Tbh I don't know,you need to compare the read/write iops,I only suggested a 128gb as for a little more money you get double the storage space compared to the 60gb drives

If your happy with 60gb then dont bother, as there will be minimal speed increase on boot up. If you want faster boot up then look to load less devices , logo screen, etc.
