hi guys
done a speed test on my SSD, using Crystal Disk Mark, because i dont feel as though my SSD is running as fast as my previous computer builds in the past..
Firstly i did a boot test..
i started timing as soon as i see ASUS appear on the POST screen..
then stopped as soon as i hit desktop and everything loaded..
22.8 seconds???
i find the "starting windows" splash screen, with the windows logo, takes the longest out of everything...
i have a Kingston 120gb Sata 3 SSD, and yepp, its connected to SATA 6gb/s port...
the results from CDM, are
im not very happy with boot times... ive had a lot faster in the past with previous builds...
The OS is responsive enough though, quick as lightning...
