SSD speeds low?

Hey guys. I run an ssd speed test on my pc and the results are displayed below in the picture. I am not an expert on these things but are the speeds ok?
I have windows 7 on an OCZ Vertex 4 128gb which has 46gb free.
My pc specs are
Intel I7 3770
Asrock Extreme 4 Z77
Kingston Hyperx Predatorbeast 8gb 1600mhz dual channel
Superflower aurora 650 psu modular
Sapphire Radeon 7770
Seagate Barracuda 1TB
Ocz Vertex 4 128gb

They're not bad, but they're not great. Have you got all the drivers installed and up to date (including motherboard and chipset)?

not sure about that.
I have found these drivers for my motherboard but how do i check my current version? I use windows 7

You have the SSD plugged into the Asmedia SATA3 ports.
Plug it into one of the Intel SATA3 ports and your speeds will improve.

You need to run ATTO on those drives as the drive uses compressible data to achieve there full speed. With AS SSD theres nothing to compress so thats why the speeds are low.

Will try that later. Running ATTO atm
