SSD speeds

Hi i have 2 64gb samsumg ssd's in raid0, just wondering if this bench mark is about right for it?

No dude it doesnt look good!

What SSDs do you have (are they early ones). As you have raid, TRIM wont be working. Is the any garbage collection tool that you can use? (I have no idea about samsungs drives)

Secure erase it, re-build the array and re-install windows. Install intel IRST and enable write back caching on the array.
