SSD to replace WD VR RAID0 Setup

Currently for the past 3 years I'm running my OS on 2x Western Digital WD1500HLFS VelociRaptor 150 GB in RAID 0 on an Asus P6T motherboard (SATA 2)

Suggest a suitable cheap SSD to replace the above.

Any SSDs nearer the £100 mark for around 256GB of space?

not any decent makes tbh,unless you went for 120gb instead??

use the hdd's as storage in raid 0 and just have the os on the ssd,would be the best way imo
