I have currently the OCZ Vertex 2E 60Gb

It contains the OS and BF3 - Thats it pretty much full now.

I have bought the M4 256Gb

Would i be able to transfer the contents of the 60Gb drive to the new M4 or would i be best doing a clean install? Dont really want to download all the settings and files again but if i must then i shall.

I have heard its not worth using raid 0 as the way SSDs are set the performance increase in raid just in not worth it. Is this true?

Many thanks

use macrium reflect and clone it to your new ssd, remember to click use all available space or your 256gb drive will show as 60gb

it will be a perfect bootable copy of original drive

did you do it? i havnt used macrium reflect yet i use another program that you have to buy,but there all pretty similar,on mine i have to select use all available space as it would be the same size as my original ssd/hdd if i didnt tick the option

Yes it worked fine. However i couldnt work out how to rename the D: drive to C: drive
in trying i lost the os as i formatted it and deleted its volume - had to do a fresh install
