SSD tweak Utility

Can't remember this being posted before, SSD TWEAK UTILITY > Guru3D. l've used it for a while with out any prob's at all.

Just press the > AUTO TWEAK SETTING < make sure windows defrag is turned off for your SSD and and indexing(leave it enabled for other hardrives).

Yes (and no). This utility doesn't tweak the SSD, it tweaks Windows settings to benefit the SSD. It's just putting the adjustment tips suggested on the various online advice sites into one utility. Quite a useful idea (though I have no experience with this particular app).

Any setting (whether enacted manually or via the utility) that reduces unnecessary write cycles on the SSD will help maximise its lifespan. So yes, you can use the utility to increase the lifespan of your SSD; but you don't actually need the utility to do so.

I've already done everything with my ssd without this utility. Just tought that i can do better. But may come handy when fresh install win OS. Didn't read carefully in description.. Thx for reply.
