SSD upgrade

Hi guys, I have a crucial M4 128GB SSD (SATA III) which has been fantastic, I am now looking at upgrading it to the 256GB version, but is there any other SSD within £150 thats any quicker/better.

if you dont mind the controller, which i dont mind, i'd look at the cheapest samsung basic or i bought 2 x 256gb adata ones, cheap and fast, can't knock them for the price, not the quickest, but when on offer was the cheapest sdd's that OC and other sites have ever offered so far...

everyone says the samsung controller is better, but have had no problems what so ever with the adata ones so far
