I have installed a new SSD drive in my Vostro T9200 laptop. This is running Vista HP 32bit. I have a Macrium Reflect image of a clean install of Vista and key software on my old hard drive from a year ago. I would like to simply use this to load the operating system but.... there seem to be lots of tweaks etc needed for Vista so:
1. Should I simply use my image?
2. Where is there a thread detailing the tweaks that I should then do. Quite a few around but some look good til you realise they are years old and things may have moved on.
3. Are the issues such that I in fact you would recommend just upgrading to Win7 or Win 8?
