SSD with HDD, prefered set up ?

hey guys, i was wondering what the best way to set up windows 7 on a SSD with a secondery HDD, iv read up some and they say that having user files on hdd is best. i will be primarely using it for gaming, any ideas.

I am running Windows 7 and have used my new SSD for a clean install of windows and only putting games on there.My old hdd has been reformatted for storage to install everything else.

I use my SSD for the OS, Drivers and google chrome

Everything else (documents, pictures, videos, music, program files, downloads from google chrome) I have redirected to my 1TB drive
