You just need a bracket, a SATA cable and a power cable and you'll be on your way :)

Edit: You might also want to switch the SATA controller to AHCI for improved results, there's a few threads which explain how to do it and its advantages.
 
To get the full read speeds, you will need a sata III port. Depending on you motherboard, you may have one or may need to buy an add in card such as the Asus U3S6 (which comes with sata III cables). You can just run it off Sata II though with reduced reads.

I think i'll buy a new Sata cable, as i've only got spare ones from like 5 year old computers :P

One last thing, i just read in a thread that you need Sata3 interface...
I'm unsure if my motherboard is a Sata3,

Which means 6 Sata II ports. As I said above, you can run this SSD on these ports, just with reduced read speeds, although juding by other threads it just affects sequential reads. Too be fair, for the extra expense of a U3S6 (~£25-30), I doubt you would notice much difference in real life. Just run it off your existing Sata II ports.
 
For the sake of 50MBps extra, I'm not sure that is worth the hassle and expense of adding in the Asus card. Unless you must Raid 0 a couple of them for uber fast reads.
 
I'm not going to buy one of those Cards to access Sata3 at the moment, but i'm thinking about buying a Sata-3 Cable for £5 so that i already have one for the future.

Another Question, Will the Sata-3 Cable work with my Sata-2 Motherboard? Or will i have to buy a Sata-2 cable aswell?

The U3S6 comes with two Sata III cables as far as i know so you don't really need to buy a cable now (doesn't matter if im too late and you've bought it!). You motherboard should have come with sata II cables (my mobo is gigabyte and the Sata cables bundled with it are orange)
