hi guys im putting a new system together comprising a
gigabyte z77x-ud5 motherboard
i7 3.5ghz ivybridge
8gb corsair vengeance memory
existing crucial m4s 128 gb x 2
now ive come from a 1366 motherboard so think these new technologys like
intel smart resonse
intel rapid start
intel smart connect
didnt exist then !
ive been din some reading up on them , i plan to install my windows and programs on 1 ssd and use the other ssd for games ! am i right in thinking that these new technologys arent needed or can be used if i set up my system this way ! is it the best way ? or would i be better off setting up a raid with 2 samsung spinpoint f3s and use a ssd for caching and useing the new technologys .hope i make sense fellas lol .......thanks in advance
