SSF2HDR - PC

Well i hope it does have aa or high res i think i read btw that it has high res hacks tho duno as not jumped right into looking through it heavily the main site for it.

Seems pretty hokey to me, on vista 64 it goes to full screen and i cant see any option of resizing it, also get an annoying flickering effect constantly while playing.

Also heavy attacks aren't even slow, you can toss heavy punches like light punches.
 
go to the data directory and you can edit the config file and change resolutions, colour depth and tons of settings in there, im just giving it a try

Data directory? All i can see is an executable and a txt file with "Týkla oyna :)" in it and that is. :confused:

Press ALT and ENTER together to get it into window mode. I can't remember if you can size it manually (dragging the corners/edges) like on a normal window. I know this isn't exactly what you're after but at least it isn't full screen anymore :)
 
OMG just played it and its just like being at a arcade its SO much fun the moves are amazing. I wish i knew all the moves at i just press down and towards a lot and the buttons and i seem to pull of some goods moves, i know the fireball for ken as thats a well known one and few other characters i can probs do moves for but combos are mint but hard to get past about 13 ish so far.

Also flickering is a tad annoying.
 
I never got why they switched the original boss names around :( I suppose they didn't like the Boxer (M.Bison) being associated with Mike Tyson so moved them around :(

You've hit the nail on the head. When SF2 was released in the US they switched the names to avoid copy write issues. The big street fighter communities have taken to naming those that have had their names changed by their features (Boxer = Balrog, Dictator = Bison, Claw = Vega, etc) just to avoid confusion.

yeah ive got that one as well, 700mb mb from torrent, that one also has a data directory called data with a mugen.cfg file in it (there might be different versions we've picked up)

ive uploaded it so you can copy the data directory to root and config it yourself (should theoretically work)

That was sneaky, the Data folder (and cfg file inside it) doesn't get created until AFTER the game is first run. I only looked at it just after extracting :D
